Willo Polo Club vs Windsor Polo Club, 30-31 May 2015

Windsor and Willo Polo Clubs Challenge May 2015

Dear Players,
Thank you so much for nominating for the Worlds Longest Game.  I am pleased to announce that the game will be 42 chukkas over 2 days.  21 Chukkas each day.  The previous record was 32 chukkas.  So congratulations to both clubs on collaborating to make this happen.

We have attached the times and teams for Saturday and we will be posting Sundays times once complete.

It is a big event to organize and a lot of effort has been put in to make the day possible.  So that we can make the day as enjoyable as possible for all those participating we need all players to follow a few simple rules:
1.    This is for fun so make sure you have your share.
2.    Be on time.  The ball will be thrown in at the allotted time.  There is 15 minutes per chukka, this includes change over.  Those that know Mike are aware that he is very strict with start times.  If you are late you will miss out on your chukka.
3.    Wear your correct coloured shirt.  If you are in a Windsor Polo Club team you are to wear a YELLOW shirt.  If you are in a Willo Polo Club team you are to wear a BLACK shirt.
4.    If you see somenone that needs help, pitch in and give them a hand.
5.    Arrive early.
6.    Zero tolerance on giving the Umpire rule interpretations.
7.    Don't forget rule number 1 above!

Kind regards
