Dear Patrons and Players
Ellerston Onassis Polo will be holding the Archibald-Cudmore Trophy 8 Goal Polo Tournament from Wednesday the 16th October to Sunday the 20th October 2019. We would like to invite you to nominate a team to participate in this year’s event.
The Ground Fee of $4,800.00 per team is required to accompany your nomination. Expected game days will be Wednesday 16th, Friday, 18th and Sunday 20th October 2019. There is a limit of 12 teams for the 8 Goal Tournament. The first 12 completed nomination forms, with accompanying payment, will be accepted.
A Tournament requirement is that all Players must be fully affiliated with the A.P.C.
In relation to the configuration of each 8 Goal Team – it is expected that the combined handicaps of the 2 highest rated players will not exceed 9 goals.
Due to the water shortage there is limited accommodation and stabling available at Ellerston. These facilities will ONLY be provided for participating non local Players and Grooms. The Ellerston Store, Clubhouse and Breakfast Room will be open daily for all catering requirements during the Tournaments. Eftpos facilities are available at “Ellerston”. No accounts will be accepted.
Your arrival date is limited to not before Tuesday the 15th October and departure no later than Monday 21st October.
Please read very carefully the attached Hendra Policy adopted by Ellerston Onassis Polo Pty Ltd. The attached Horse Declaration must be completed and forwarded to us prior to your arrival. All horses identification and microchip numbers will be verified prior to any Veterinary treatment provided by Ellerston Onassis Polo Pty Ltd.
Nominations must be confirmed by providing the completed Nomination Form and Ground Fee by Friday the 3rd September 2019. Please forward all nominations and correspondence to Sue King, Secretary of Ellerston Onassis Polo. Payment of the Ground Fee by direct deposit can be processed via the Ellerston Onassis Polo Bank Account. Details are listed on the Nomination Form.
