Beersheba Trophy

The Scone Polo Club will host the Beersheba Trophy this weekend.

The team draw is now available  - see here.

After some encouraging rain during the week the polo is back this weekend with the Beersheba Trophy.

There are 3 grades of polo with 12 teams.

On Sunday there is to be a presentation of the Polo150 ball which has been donated by the Australian Polo Federation.The Polo150 ball is a limited edition gold inscribed polo ball which will be presented prior to the final on Sunday in order to recognise the 150th anniversary of the modern game and raise a toast to polo.

A bbq lunch will be available on both days and the bar will be open.

Looking forward to a great weekend and some great competitive polo.

Next weekend is the final weekend of our spring season with the Dougal Archibald Cup and the Scone Polo Club Long Lunch.

Please note that Scone leg of The Australian Womens Polo Spring Tour scheduled for October 5,6 has been cancelled.
