
The Hawkesbury is gearing up for an exciting period as numerous teams are preparing to decend on the Hawkesbury Basin for two weeks of high goal polo. The festivities will kick off with Welcome Drinks for the Countess of Dudley Cup and Hector King Cup teams on Thursday night at the Royal Richmond Hotel starting from 6pm.
The action-packed schedule includes the NSWPA Countess of Dudley Cup (14 Goal) and Hector King Cup (8 Goal) tournaments set to begin later this week. In addition, Windsor Polo Club will be hosting their Sir Philip Charley 6 Goal tournament along with a Low Goal tournament featuring 2 goal & Subzero games.
Ross Ainsley will also be in town for a very special information night and dinner covering topics such as setting yourself up for the win, bitting, and saddle fitting. The event will be followed by a Q&A session and casual dinner at Kurri Burri Polo Club on Friday, October 3rd starting from 5 pm. Take this opportunity to learn from one of the sport's greatest innovators who is a great horseman with a wealth of knowledge to share. This is a free event, and everyone is welcome!
Spectators can also witness an Australian Polo Federation International Schools match showcasing Junior teams from Australia and New Zealand at Windsor Polo Club on Saturday, 4th October at Windsor Polo Club.
