All Players please read in preparation for the weekend ahead with COVID-19 restrictions
1. A cover charge of $10.00 will be payable by everyone who enters the polo, children under 12 are free.
2. All polo will be played at Morella, this is David and Kim Coulton’s private property, address 41 Lowes Road Boggabila
3. All Polo is 4 Chukkers.
4. All people entering must provide name and number & email to the person at the front entry point. To speed this up, please provide names and mobile numbers via email of everyone coming in advance of the event to simon.doolin@bigpond.com.
5. Anyone that has been in a Covid-19 hotspot as identified by the NSW government is not allowed entry, please check this on https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/latestnews-and-updates#latest-covid-19-case-locations-in-nsw Also, anyone that has been to Victoria or arrived back in Australia from overseas in the past 14days is asked not to attend either.
6. All participants are asked to download the COVIDSafe app to assist with contact tracing should an outbreak occur https://www.health.gov.au/resources/apps-andtools/covidsafe-app#get-the-app
7. All participants are asked to not attend if they are feeling unwell prior to the event, have any Covid-19 like symptoms or have been unwell in the last two weeks.
8. All participants are advised to practice good hygiene at the Tournament, use gloves if possible when touching communal areas, use hand sanitiser before and after contact with communal surfaces, social distance whilst at the event (maintain 1.5m distance from all non-family group members).
9. Lunch and drinks will be available, but please take your food and drinks back to your cars and trucks once purchased.
10. Temperatures will be checked upon entry, anyone with a high temperature will be not allowed in.
11. Border Passes will be needed to cross border into Queensland.
12. If you need to keep horses at Goondiwindi Showgrounds please call Kerry Robertson 0407 651 022 or 0746 754177 there will be a fee.

Please note the North Star and Goondiwindi tournaments are unfortunately spectator free due to COVID-19.Due to COVID -19 we have decided to limit our nominations for both
North Star and Goondiwindi Tournaments
and unfortunately we will not be able to accept any more teams or individual players.
COVID-19 RULES
- We will be having a strict sign in policy for all.
- A medic will be taking temperatures as people enter the grounds.
- A strict hand washing protocol will be in place and as much social distancing as possible will be enforced.
- Anyone who has been to a hot spot within the last two weeks will be turned away.
- For everyone’s safety and hygiene we ask that any one who is suffering cold and flu like symptom or feels unwell not to enter the area, and we will endeavour to find a replacement player.
As with catering, we will be confirming asap what will be available on the fields. At this stage because of the fast changing situation no decision has been made, you may need to bring your own lunch, but stay posted on this.
The North Star Sporting Club is going through the procedure for catering and this is still a bit up in the air. Maybe they will be able to do takeaway food and beverages.
Spectators are to be only immediate family, no others will be permitted onto the grounds. A ground fee will apply at both grounds which will cover the paramedic, ground fee and possibly a sandwich or roll for lunch.

NORTH START AND GOONDIWINDI POLO CLUB CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
The members of the North Star and Goondiwindi Polo Club would like to invite players and their families
for two weekends of social distancing bush polo.
The North Star tournament will be on the Saturday 1st & Sunday 2nd of August.
The Goondiwindi Tournament will be held on Friday 7th with the Finals being played on Saturday 8th. “A” grade will be 6 goal 5 chukkers, if we end up with 8 teams in the 5-6 goal range we may ask these teams to all play 5 chukkers and make ‘A’ grade into two pools.
Teams after this will be Graded Due to COVID-19 this could change at any time.
