This weekend, Windsor Polo Club is celebrating 50 years of the Windsor Polo Fields and will host a special long lunch to mark the occasion.
Lunch will be served from 12 noon on Sunday 3 May, with the following menu:
- Slow braised beef with Moroccan spice
- Grilled salmon fillet with soy, mirin & sesame oil
- Mixed leaf salad with balsamic dressing
- Roast vegetable salad with chickpeas, herbs & pesto
- Roast potato & sweet potato salad with Spanish onion, bacon & chives
- Cheese and seasonal fruit grazing
