Each club is entitled to send one voting delegate or appoint a proxy from another delegate to vote on its behalf. All other members are welcome to attend. Directors may not vote.     If you are a delegate and unable to attend in person, a Zoom meeting link will be sent seven  (7) days prior to the AGM. Please advise the office if you require the Zoom link.

NSWPA Directors & President Nominations: Nominations may be submitted for the positions of Director and President. Nomination forms must be returned to the office no later than 14 days before the meeting. 5pm Wednesday 5 August 2026

Polo NSW calls for nominations for the positions of President and elected Directors.

The following are due to retire and can renominate:

Hawkesbury Basin Zone - Adam Tolhurst & Thomas Martin
Southern Zone - David Head & Please note there is a Casual Vacancy in the Southern Zone 
Northern Zone - Renata Davidson, Scott Kennedy-Green

Mr Jeremy Bayard will retire as President and can renominate.
